Actor Imran Khan, who is away from Bollywood for long now, is all set to return. As per trade reports, the actor is keen to get back to the film industry. However, this time, he will be donning a different hat.

The reports suggest that Imran has been working on a script to direct a film and finally it is ready now. In fact, there were speculations that his uncle, actor Aamir Khan will be producing the said film. Adding more to it, there are also the reports of the superstar launching cousin Mansoor Khan's daughter, Zayn Marie with Imran's directorial debut.

Zayn, as mentioned in the report, has been working hard to polish her craft of acting. The girl has been taking acting lessons and acting in plays in Mumbai. And it was only when the entire Khan family united to celebrate Mansoor Khan's 60th birthday in Coonoor that Zayn happened to be showcasing her talent in front of both Imran and Aamir. The family had organised a little skit for Mansoor and Zayn had performed in it. She has been living away from home for last four years and has also assisted in Dharma Productions' Kapoor & Sons.

Imran has reportedly been busy working on the script with his writer friend, Ayesha Devitre and Aamir approved of the film when he showed him the final draft. The title of the film is also being kept under strict wraps and the actor is expected to make a grand announcement of Imran's first directorial in a few months.

If the reports of him launching Zayn are true, then life would come a full circle for Aamir. Even he was launched by Mansoor Khan, who directed him in 1988 film, Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak.
