For the unversed, Zaheer doesn’t hail from a film family but his father and Salman have known each other for years. During one random wedding function that Salman attended – Zaheer was performing on stage. And the rest, as they say, is history. Salman was ecstatic by Zaheer’s act and decided on the spot that he would launch this young talent into the movies.
Zaheer's debut is gathering quite a hype as the superstar himself is watching over his preparations. He is being trained in action and dance while also concentrating on his physique.
Salman has a close affinity to the Valley region where his two blockbusters have been shot in the past, Bajrani Bhaijaan and Race 3.
We wonder what fate Zaheer's The Notebook will bring to him in the close-knit competitive market with so many debutants making their way in!
