The Hindi Medium actor shared a heartfelt letter and thanked everyone who prayed for his well-being and good health.

The film is a biopic on Sardar Udham Singh and the buzz is that the film will go on the floors at the beginning of 2019. Like most of the actor’s fans, we are also eagerly awaiting his comeback on the film sets.

Sardar Udham Singh was a Punjab revolutionary and freedom fighter belonging to the Ghadar Party. He assassinated Michael O’Dwyer the former Lieutenant Governor of Punjab in India. Dwyer had given orders to open fire at a peaceful and innocent gathering in the Jallianwala Bagh in Amritsar in 1919 and is held responsible for the massacre. Udham Singh was subsequently tried and convicted of the murder and hanged in July 1940.

Recently, Irrfan was snapped enjoying a cricket match a few months back at Lord’s stadium in England. The actor is looking up to his upcoming road trip film Karwaan that stars south sensation Dulquer Salmaan and Mithila Palkar which will release on August 3, 2018.
