Did you know Priyanka Chopra's aunt wanted her to marry TV actor Mohit Raina?

From charming everyone in Bollywood to now Hollywood, our very own desi girl Priyanka Chopra certainly is one of the most desirable women in today's time. While her work speaks volumes, it is her alleged relationship with singer Nick Jonas that has been grabbing a lot of eyeballs lately.

In fact, earlier last month, Priyanka brought Nick home and took for a family vacation in Goa. The two have been dropping subtle hints about their relationship on social media but haven't admitted to being in a relationship. But there is a strong buzz that they are set to take the engagement plunge very soon.

While it seems PeeCee's family have given a thumbs up to her current boyfriend, there was a time when her aunt wanted her to get married to a certain television actor. Apparently, the actress once told a leading channel that her aunt wanted to fix her match with Devon Ka Dev... Mahadev actor Mohit Raina. She further added that her aunt was might impressed with Mohit and felt he was a "well-behaved, honest, young man who is also an exceptionally good actor".

Well, we cannot blame the aunt because Mohit's portrayal of Lord Shiva did earn him a lot of accolades and secured a place in the hearts of many Indian women. Moreover, when the channel told Mohit about Priyanka's revelation, he was speechless. But now we wonder, what if Priyanka's aunt had her way back then?

For the unversed, Mohit is rumoured to be dating actress Mouni Roy, who is slated to make her Bollywood debut soon in Akshay Kumar's Gold.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka has wrapped up her American television show Quantico's third and final season. Starting this September, she will be back in Bollywood and will begin filming for Bharat along with Salman Khan.
