What’s busy? Salman Khan is. The Bollywood’s Bhaijaan is admittedly a workaholic and prefers staying relevant all the time in the show business. His last film, a multi-starrer action film, Race 3 smashed the box office records. Before he could completely get over the success, he returned to the small screen with his hit television game show Dus Ka Dum. Now, the workaholic actor has bagged yet another film, rounding off his kitty with five films.
Salman starred in Ready, in 2011 alongside Asin, which was a remake of the Telugu film of the same name. Just like its south Indian remakes, this film too was an instant box office hit. Eight years later, producer Bhushan Kumar of T-Series who is working with Salman on his next film Bharat, has affirmed that a remake of Ready is surely on the cards. The film will be directed by Anees Bazmee who directed the first film.

The producer spoke to a leading tabloid about the new project and said, “We are in talks with Salman bhai and Anees bhai for Ready 2. We are just waiting for the script to get ready so that we can take it forward.” An excited director told the tabloid, “Bhushan ji and I have been in talks for a few months now. I haven’t met Salman bhai to discuss dates and other details yet. Taking the film on the floors will depend on his availability.”
It seems like it won’t be too long, bhaijaan announces yet another film. Last Sunday, Salman began filming for his next multi-starrer Bharat along with Disha Patani. The film will also star Priyanka Chopra and Tabu. Waiting for the superstar are Dabangg 3, Sher Khan and Remo D’souza directorial Dancing Daddy if all goes well.
