Kriti Sanon has turned 28 today, July 27. The actress has got her hands full with some interesting projects. While she just wrapped the first shooting schedule of Housefull 4, she is soon starting her work on Luka Chhupi, opposite Kartik Aaryan. Kriti then has Ashutosh Gowarikar's big period drama, Panipat with Arjun Kapoor.
The actress says she's blessed to be experiencing such a great phase in her life. On this birthday though, she isn't really expecting something grand but a quiet time with family and a dedicated few hours to work. Kriti says that's how birthdays have been for her over the years. In a special birthday chat with a leading daily, the Heropanti star opens up on a few things personal -- her childhood birthday memories, the best gift she has ever received and what's her idea of a perfect birthday celebration.

Talking about her best gift ever, Kriti reveals, "The one gift I treasure a lot is a nice scrapbook with all the pictures from my childhood, which my sister had made for me. It was a sweet effort and I value it a lot even today. It had my pictures right from the time I was born, my sister’s pics as a baby, our photos with our mom, dad and grandparents. I carried the scrapbook with me to Mumbai and go through it quite often. I love the handwritten and handmade stuff because it is so personal".
She also mentions the things she would like to try her hands on apart from acting, before turning 29 the next year. Kriti says, "I love poetry, and used to write earlier. But now I am unable to do so. So, I want to get back to that. Also, as a kid, I loved drawing and painting, which I never pursued properly. If I get time in between, I would want to try my hand at it. And I’ve always wanted to learn a little bit of belly dancing. I have been attracted to that form of dance".
Stating that she's not really big on the idea of parties, the actress also claims that she's more of a 'pyjama party kind of person.'
Well, as is, our best wishes to her on the birthday!
