Baahubali series' writer, KV Vijayendra Prasad has collaborated with Eros for a multi-film deal. The writer has to contribute 10 stories as part of the deal and seems like he has already thought of one, much spectacular like Baahubali.
As learnt by a leading daily, Prasad has written a war-drama imagining a huge scale, on the lines of Baahubali. The reports suggest that he even wants his son, Baahubali director, SS Rajamouli, to help the project and do wonders with it the way he has done before. However, Rajamouli is not keen on making this film fearing that the audience might be taken a back seeing similar films from him back-to-back.

The daily reports that the director is rather interested in another script by Prasad, which is a modern-day thriller. The report quotes a source saying, "It is a Telugu fictional period drama that will be mounted on a grand scale, along the lines of Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion. Vijayendra sir is working on the final draft. He has already bounced the premise off Rajamouli".
The source adds, "Though Baahubali was a fantasy drama, Rajamouli feels another period war drama from his stable will appear repetitive. He is keeping an open mind right now. It is only after both scripts are finalised in August that he will take a call. The film is likely to go on floors by mid-2019".
Well, something is cooking very fine. We shall just see and wait to savour!
