Anil Kapoor’s Fanney Khan, also starring Rajkummar Rao and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is slated to hit the theatres this Friday on August 3, 2018. Before the film's release, Anil along with fellow actors, Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan, had an interesting chat as to what ‘Fanney Khan’ meant to them or who was their ‘Fanney Khan’. Both SRK's and Aamir's answers left Anil spellbound.
When Shah Rukh was asked the question, he narrated an incident from his struggling days about how Anil spoke to him when he visited the studio of a movie. The two sat chatting for hours, talking about their dreams and aspirations and that's why SRK feels that Anil is perhaps his ‘Fanney Khan’. Anil shared the video with Shah Rukh on his Twitter handle and wrote, "Thank you for the person that you are and for always being so supportive."

Meanwhile, Aamir's reply too was also heartening. On being asked who is his ‘Fanney Khan’, the actor said that for him, it continues to change with time. He further added that Anil is also his 'Fanney Khan' for the roles he did and how Anil's energy inspires him and everyone around him. In fact, as per Aamir, Anil's never-say-die attitude has earned him the title of “Fanney Khan of the industry."
Anil posted Aamir's video as well on his Twitter on wrote, "For me Aamir Khan, you are truly a #FanneyKhan."

For the unversed, Fanney Khan is the story that is based on the belief that a dream never dies. The film showcases the relationship between a father and daughter, and the father’s dream of seeing his daughter as a big singing sensation, something that he could never achieve. Anil will play the titular role in the film.
