After Bharat, Priyanka Chopra exits Sanjay Leela Bhansali's gangster film?

Priyanka Chopra's and Nick Jonas’s engagement was not the only thing that the actress made headlines for. PeeCee walking out of Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat opposite Salman Khan became much bigger news especially because it was a reunion of sorts with Salman and many rumours arose that the Tiger Zinda Hai actor was miffed with her. However, looks like Bharat is not the only film Priyanka has walked out of. As reported by a leading daily, Priyanka has also left Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film!

It was Ali who confirmed Priyanka’s exit from the film Bharat and gave out subtle hints about her engagement in his cryptic tweet. According to a leading daily, Priyanka was supposed to feature in her Bajirao Mastani director’s film based on female gangster Gangubai Kothewali but the latter’s plans have gone awry now that PeeCee has left the project. Her exit has dampened the prospect of Bhansali’s project and now he has decided to put off the plans for making the film in the near future.

On the work front, Priyanka has gone ahead and signed another Hollywood project called Cowboy Ninja Viking opposite Chris Pratt. The film is a highly lucrative one and many actresses were vying for the role. Priyanka landed the role after her chemistry test went well with Chris. Meanwhile, Priyanka and Nick’s PDA was in full swing during the latter’s performance at a music festival in Singapore. Priyanka cheered her beau and was seen enjoying the show standing in the front row and dancing along while Nick performed.

Priyanka’s ABC series Quantico also came to an end on last Friday and the actress took to social media to share a heartfelt message for her fans and her co-stars from the show. However, she will be seen in Shonali Bose's next Sky Is Pink opposite Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim.

On the other hand, Bhansali is all set to launch Poonam Dhillon’s son Anmol Thakeria and former Miss India International Jhataleka Malhotra in his next production venture which is directed by Taranveer Singh.
