Reportedly, the preparations for the film are going to start in the next couple of months and it will go on floors by the end of 2018. Meanwhile, as learnt by a leading entertainment portal, Ranveer will be getting special training for '83 from none other than Kapil Dev himself. The actor plays the character of the legendary captain who lead the Indian cricket team during the World Cup.
As reported by the portal, Kapil Dev will be teaching Ranveer the tricks of cricket including his signature outward swing. Apart from that, the actor will adapt the mannerisms and body language of the cricketer and training will kick-start in November.
The makers are also keen on finalising the rest of the cast before November, so that even they can start preparing for their respective roles!
