Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor are pairing up for the first time onscreen in the upcoming horror-comedy Stree. Directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Raj & DK, the film has already piqued the interest of the audience. Now after releasing Milegi Milegi and the peppy dance number Kamariya featuring Nora Fatehi, the makers have unveiled another song of the film and it is titled Nazar Na Lag Jaaye.
The song is a soulful and romantic track sung by Ash King & Sachin Jigar. Composed by Sachin himself, it has been shot in the night at some of the most beautiful locations. Rajkummar took to Twitter to share the song by writing, "Pehla pyaar bahut keemti hota hai”.

The song features Rajkummar trying to woo Shraddha as they go out, spending time at a mela. It also showcases how they both enjoy the fun fair, play a few games and even shop from there. Nazar Na Lag Jaaye has an old world charm to it and Rajkummar's antics as he falls helplessly in love with Shraddha, is, in fact, the highlight of the song. Moreover, their chemistry is also palpable and the beautiful track serves as the perfect backdrop.
Well, it looks like the song is all set to top the romantic track list.

Meanwhile, Stree, as the makers have deemed, is based on a 'ridiculously true phenomenon.' It's said that the film is about the real-life 'Nale Ba' incident that happened in Karnataka in the 90's. The makers seem to have done some alterations in the legend as it's known otherwise and the trailer of the film looks super-interesting.
The film is produced by Dinesh Vijan under his banner Maddock Film Production in association with D2r films and Jio Studios. Stree is written by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. Stree is all set to release on August 31, 2018.
