Priyanka Chopra's engagement ring given by Nick Jonas costs Rs 1.4 crore? Here's the truth

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and American Singer Nick Jonas are making headlines every now and then for their alleged romance. Moreover, the recent buzz about their 'rumoured' engagement does not seem to fade away and it has kept the media on their toes, quite literally.

Rumours of them exchanging the rings became worthwhile when Priyanka was spotted hiding her engagement ring. As she landed in India post attending Nick's gig in Singapore, the shutterbugs captured her as she removed a ring from her engagement finger and hid it inside her pocket. Check out the video:

PeepingMoon has earlier reported exclusively that Priyanka is going to be engaged officially in September this year. Our sources had told us that the actress and her beau, Nick are going to announce their engagement during the Ganpati festivities next month.

Amidst all this, Priyanka was seen flaunting her engagement ring at Manish Malhotra's bash recently. In one of the pictures from the designer's bash last night, the global star can be seen posing with actress Raveena Tandon. What's the catch, you ask? Well, a big solitaire can be seen sitting on her ring finger quite proudly.

Now if reports are to be believed, the ring costs Rs 1.4 crores ($200,000). "Priyanka's ring is a high quality cushion cut weighing around 4 carats. It looks to be somewhere around a G color, VS1 clarity which, from Tiffany & Co, would have a value of around $200,000,” a Hollywood news channel quoted Andrew Brown, President of WP Diamonds.

Well, Nick certainly has not disappointed us at all! Now we just cannot wait for these two to get married ASAP.
