Priyanka Chopra celebrated her father Ashok Chopra’s birthday with her mother Madhu Chopra at a restaurant in Mumbai on August 23, and also met Janhvi Kapoor at the spot as she happened to dine there too. Mr Chopra died after battling cancer in 2013.

The 36-year-old actress was spotted at the venue as she looked pretty in a white tee and a sheer shrug paired with denims. She accessorized her look with stilettoes and a smart sling bag. Madhu Chopra, meanwhile, kept it simple with a pink saree.

Janhvi, Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s daughter, looked beautiful in a kurta and printed pants along with a dupatta. In fact, we loved her silver earrings too. After the celebration, Priyanka was spotted escorting Janhvi to her car as photographers surrounded them for pictures. Janhvi made her debut in the Hindi film industry with Dhadak opposite Ishaan Khatter in July.

In the meantime, we found pictures from the private party on Priyanka’s Instagram story as she posted photos – taken by Janhvi. In them, Priyanka smiled for the camera with her mother while they also cut a cake for Mr Chopra.

Over the weekend, Priyanka formalized her relationship with American singer Nick Jonas through a roka ceremony at her residence in Mumbai on August 18 in the presence of close friends and family.

Priyanka and Nick, 25, met at the Met Gala in 2017 while reports suggest that both started dating a couple of months ago. Nick, as per media reports, proposed to Priyanka on her birthday on July 18 in London.

Workwise, Priyanka is currently busy with Shonali Bose’s The Sky Is Pink, co-starring Farhan Akhtar.
