Bharat first still out: Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have eyes only for each other

After wowing their fans in Tiger Zinda Hai, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are all set to reunite once again on the silver screen with Bharat. So when Priyanka Chopra walked out of the Ali Abbas Zafar film, Salman's and Katrina's fans couldn't help but rejoice at the new pairing.

The two have been shooting in Malta for the film. While Katrina has shared a few glimpses of her character on social media, Salman took his fans by surprise on Saturday night by posting a still from Bharat.

In the still, Salman can be seen looking lovingly at Katrina. While the actor looks dapper in a black bandhgala with a moustache and trimmed hair, Katrina looks gorgeous in heavily embroidered green lehenga. Since the film is set in the 80s, their looks seem to be inspired by those times and the still looks like a shot from the song. Well, the two seem to have eyes only for each other as they gaze romantically.

On the other hand, the director Ali Abbas Zafar shared the same still on his Instagram account and further revealed that the second schedule of the film, that was being shot in Malta has been finally wrapped.

Interestingly, Salman has been finding time off work to spend some quality time with her mother Salma Khan. From the sets of Bharat in Malta, the actor has been sharing a lot of photos and videos from his mother. Today also, he posted another photo of him and his mother as he felt "blessed" to be spending time with her.

Salman will undergo multiple look changes for Bharat as its timeline is spread across decades - from 1960 till present day. The film, an official adaptation of 2014 South Korean film Ode To My Father, co-stars Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani and Nora Fatehi. Bharat is scheduled to release on Eid 2019.
