It’s Janamashtami and the mood is festive enough as the internet kept itself occupied by sharing fond memories of the festival while celebrities also wished their fans and followers on social media. But Twitter doesn’t forget and doesn’t let you forget too as a fan club of Shah Rukh Khan mined its archives and found an old video of the actor breaking the dahi handi in Mumbai during Janamashtami.

Janamashtami is celebrated with cheer and fervour across the country and especially in the Maharashtra capital. We are not quite sure about the year in which this video was taken but it features a relatively young SRK.

Dressed in a tee and pants, SRK is seen seated on his security official’s shoulder as he breaks the handi in the presence of his fans. The crowd, immediately, bursts into cheer while SRK carefully gets off the person’s shoulder.

The clip, in the meantime, has already gone viral and is being circulated across social media vehemently. It has not only garnered several likes but has been retweeted frequently as well. On the comments section of the post, SRK’s fans showered a whole lot of love on this old clip while some others also wished for a recent video.
