Rajkummar Rao is not basking on his laurels after the stupendous success of Stree but has already started working on his next film Made in China. The film also stars Mouni Roy and is produced by Dinesh Vijan who also produced Stree.
Rajkummar took to Twitter to share the release date of the film and shared the image of a clapperboard which had ‘Muhurat’ written on it. The film will release on August 15, 2019. However, what is interesting to note is the fact that the film’s release will clash with Ranbir Kapoor starrer Brahmastra.

Brahmastra is directed by Ayan Mukerji and also stars Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan. The team is currently shooting in Bulgaria. However, interestingly both Brahmastra and Made in China stars Mouni and it just makes us a tad curious about where her loyalties would lie.
Speaking about the film and Rajkummar, Vijan had previously said, “Raj is a versatile and highly credible actor. He has done a fabulous job in Stree. When he was working on that film, we narrated this concept to him and let’s just say he refused to let it go!"
Made in China is directed by Mikhil Musale and will be shot in Ahmedabad and China. Rajkummar and Mouni play a Gujarati husband and wife in the film and the two have been taking dialect lessons to portray their characters in the film.
