Festive mood is in the air as celebrities welcomed Ganpati Bappa on Ganesh Chaturthi with cheer and fervour. Salman Khan and family including his mother Sushila Charak, brothers Sohail and Arbaaz, and sisters Arpita Khan Sharma and Alvira Agnihotri celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi in Mumbai on September 13.

At the celebration, which was held at Arpita’s residence, we also spotted Salman’s Bharat co-star Katrina Kaif, who also performed the aarti. On Instagram, Salman’s brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri posted a memorable video of the festivities through which we got a glimpse of the revelry.

Salman, handsome in a black pathani suit, sought blessings of Bappa as did Katrina, who looked pretty in red. At the ceremony, Arpita was accompanied by her husband Aayush Sharma, who will soon make his debut in Bollywood with Loveratri. Arpita’s and Aayush’s two-year-old son Ahil also performed aarti with his parents as he looked adorable in his mother’s arms.

Alvira’s and Atul’s daughter Alizeh along with Sohail’s and his wife Seema’s sons Yohan and Nirvan also did the puja diligently.

Romanian actress Iulia Vantur and designer Ashley Rebello were also present at the celebration. Here are a few more pictures.
