Actor Sumeet Vyas married his longtime girlfriend Ekta Kaul at a private ceremony in Jammu on September 15. The internet has certainly been excited about their wedding as Sumeet and Ekta occupied the top spot on the trends list since Saturday while folks, in the meantime, are curious to see pictures and videos from the ceremony.

Their wedding was preceded by a haldi and mehendi ceremony.

Sumeet and Ekta have been dating for a year. In April, Sumeet had told a leading daily that Ekta is a "regular girl" and he loves spending time with her.

“We first met years ago while shooting for a promo of a show which never took off. Then, both of us got busy with our respective lives. Last year, we bumped into each other at a friend’s party and then again when I was hosting a cricket-based reality show in which she was one of the players,” Sumeet had told the daily.

Sumeet is best known for his appearance in the web series Permanent Roommates. He also starred opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan in Veere Di Wedding apart from featuring in the films Parched and English Vinglish.

Ekta is a television actress and appeared in the shows Rab Se Sohna Isshq and Mere Angne Mein.
