For Prime Minister Narendra Modi, birthday wishes from Big B, Akshay Kumar and Kangana Ranaut

It is Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday and celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Rishi Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Kangana Ranaut and Karan Johar posted greetings for him on Twitter and wished him a long and healthy life.

While Big B posted warm wishes for PM Modi, Akshay shared a video of himself in which he expressed his “heartfelt gratitude for supporting causes that are close to my heart”.

“May the force of all good things always be with you,” KJo wrote for the honourable Prime Minister while Anupam Kher shared a photograph of himself with PM Modi and praised his "honesty and great vision".

Vivek Anand Oberoi, who appeared in the films Saathiya and Yuva, wished for "a long, healthy and prosperous life” for the Prime Minister. “Your selflessness is an inspiration to all of us. More power to you Sir!,” he added in his tweet.

PM Modi will embark on a two-day visit to his Lok Sabha constituency, Varanasi, on September 17, to celebrate his 68th birthday. After arriving at Varanasi, PM Modi will visit Narur village and will expectedly interact with the children of a primary school there. A statement released by the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) also said that PM Modi will attend the screening of a film based on his life after meeting the school children.
