It's out! Shraddha Kapoor's first look as Saina Nehwal in her biopic is out and wait, is that really her or Saina herself? The resemblance is astonishing! Nehwal's signature pony, enthusiasm and the roaring adrenaline...we can feel the sportsman spirit oozing from this still.

While the internet is going gaga over this look, the Stree actress gets candid about the efforts and preparations that she has to put for the preparations of this biopic. Shraddha, who has been practicing for months including many 6 am training sessions while juggling other commitments, said, “I have already clocked 40 classes of badminton in preparation for this biopic. It’s a really tough sport, but I am enjoying myself."

The actress further added, "To get an insight into the life of a sportsperson is fascinating. Saina’s journey itself is so interesting — right from her misses to her injuries and victories. I can relate to her journey in a big way because I have gone through similar experiences in a different field. Despite everything, she has not let her focus shift and that’s what’s truly inspiring.”

Well, we cannot wait to see how this one plays out.

On the work front, Shraddha's recent projects Stree and Batti Gul Meter Chalu are now in theaters.
