Amidst medical treatment, Rishi Kapoor catches up with old friend Anupam Kher in New York

Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, currently in New York City with wife Neetu Kapoor and son Ranbir Kapoor, is undergoing medical treatment in the Big Apple. Now amidst that, Rishi recently caught up with his 'old friend' and colleague Anupam Kher and they both took a stroll on the streets of Manhattan.

He took to Twitter on Sunday night to share a slow-motion video of him with Anupam as they both walked down the busy streets. Captioning it as "Kher-free" or "Care-free", the 102 Not Out star can surprisingly be seen donning white hair. Take a look:

Anupam too shared a video and expressed his delight on catching up with Rishi.

For the unversed, Rishi revealed in a cryptic tweet on September 29 that he is taking a short break from work and traveling to America for medical treatment. Before his fans and well-wishers could come to a conclusion, he requested them to not speculate anything about his health.

Despite that, unconfirmed reports on a Bollywood site suggested that Rishi is suffering from cancer and his absence from his mother Krishna Raj Kapoor's funeral further ignited the rumours. However, his brother Randhir Kapoor recently dismissed the rumours by saying that Rishi is in New York to get his tests done and he himself does not know yet what ailment he is suffering from.

Well, in the time of his ongoing health issues, it indeed was a heartwarming sight to witness Rishi having a gala time with Anupam.
