Rishi Kapoor revealed on September 29 via Twitter that he is taking a short break from work. The veteran actor, currently in New York City with wife Neetu Kapoor and son Ranbir Kapoor, is undergoing medical treatment in the Big Apple. Now after Rishi caught up with 'old friend' Anupam Kher in the Big Apple, the actor along with wife Neetu spent a wonderful time on Monday with Priyanka Chopra, who recently flew down to the US.

What's more, the three of them were joined in by actress Sonali Bendre along with hubby Goldie Behl and sister-in-law Shrishti Behl Arya, who happens to be a good friend of Priyanka. Both PeeCee and Neetu shared their special moments from the gathering and as expected, the pictures became viral in no time.

Well, it is heartening to see that Priyanka took out time from her busy schedule to host all of them at her NYC residence.

While Sonali is currently getting treated for metastatic cancer in New York and has sported a brave front against her illness, Rishi recently flew down to US and there was a strong rumour that Rishi was also suffering from cancer and was admitted in the same hospital as Sonali. However, in what appears to be a ray of hope, elder brother Randhir Kapoor denied all speculations and revealed that Rishi had not even begun medical tests. Reportedly, the Kapoors have rented an apartment in New York till Rishi's treatment is complete.
