The #MeToo movement in India has escalated by leaps and bounds ever since Tanushree Dutta accused actor Nana Patekar of sexual harassment. Ever since then, several celebs including Alok Nath, Vikas Bahl, Rajat Kapoor, Kailash Kher and others, have been charged with sexual misconduct. Now the latest one to join the long list of well-known names is renowned stunt director and actor Vicky Kaushal's father Sham Kaushal.
In a Twitter post, assistant director Nameeta Prakash who has worked on films like Ab Tak Chhappan, Manorama Six Feet Under and Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd, recalled an incident from an outdoor shoot in 2006 when Sham asked her to join him in his room. She stated that when she declined his offer, "he picked up his phone and suddenly plugged it in front of me with a porn MMS video clip on it."

Further claiming that she informed her line producer immediately, Nameeta pointed out that the executive producer apologized to her a few months later but "it was already a laughing matter/gossip within the other crew members who found out about it".
