Here's why Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh have picked November 15 to get married

After dodging questions about the impending wedding for the longest time, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone announced yesterday that they are getting married on November 14 and 15. Sharing images of their wedding cards on social media, the couple thanked everyone for the love they have showered upon them and sought blessings as they embark on their incredible journey.

But did you know there's a heartwarming reason why Ranveer and Deepika have chosen November 15 as their wedding date? Well, the date marks the fifth anniversary of the release of their first film together, Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ramleela. Since it is said that cupid struck them on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film, the date is obviously special to the couple. So, it looks like Ranveer and Deepika are keen to have double celebrations on their special day. We certainly cannot wait for the big day now!

Meanwhile, if a source close to a leading website is to believed, the dates November 14-15 have been fixed for two separate weddings. While the first wedding will be performed as per South Indian rituals owing to Deepika's parental origins, the second one will take place as per North Indian rituals considering Ranveer's family.

On a related note, the location of their venue has been kept under wraps until now but it is touted that the couple will tie the knot in Lake Como, Italy.
