After igniting the #MeToo movement in India by accusing Nana Patekar of sexual harassment, Tanushree Dutta also claimed that filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri had asked her to strip and dance on the sets of the 2005 film Chocolate. Now in a recent turn of events, Tanushree has decided to take legal route by lodging a molestation complaint against Vivek as well.
The decision to file an FIR against Vivek comes weeks after he slapped a legal notice on Tanushree for alleging that he harassed her and further termed her claims as "absolutely false, frivolous and vexatious." Now during an interaction with a leading daily, Tanushree's counsel, Nitin Satpute has pointed out that the actress never pressed any charges against Vivek at the press conference. He also said that it was Vivek himself who confessed to the charges by sending a 10 page notice to Tanushree, where he stated that 'the director was none other than me.'
