Putting an end to all speculations, it was announced yesterday that Saif Ali Khan's and Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Ali Khan will be making her Bollywood debut with Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath itself. Now after unveiling the release date of the film as December 7 with a new poster, the makers of the film have released the much-anticipated teaser. And we must say, Sara certainly looks like a star in the making in this powerful love story.
The teaser introduces Sara (Mukku) as she embarks on the difficult journey of love, religion, passion and spirituality with Sushant (Mansoor). It further follows the story of Sushant, a reserved and reticent Pithoo (porter) but his world goes into a tailspin as he encounters the beautiful and rebellious Sara, who sucks him into a whirlwind of intense love.
The two then set out on a 14 kilometres pilgrimage from Gauri Kund to Kedarnath (the 2000-year-old temple of Lord Shiva). But how the mountain tsunami that wrecks the temple town leaving more than a hundred thousand dead impacts their lives, forms the crux of the teaser. Showcasing the power of love, both actors leave us impressed with their refreshing and crackling chemistry.
