Shah Rukh and Zero in trouble: Sikhs file complaint, claims poster hurts religious sentiment

Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif starrer Zero is in trouble from Sikh religious group. The Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC) General Secretary and BJP MLA Manjinder Singh Sirsa on November 5, filed a criminal complaint against Shah Rukh and the others. Sirsa also said that Sikhs cannot tolerate their religious tenets or articles of faith in bad light. He said that any film star or a film cannot hurt Sikh sentiments by holding the pious and important religious articles frivolously. He said that the poster of the film Zero shows Shah Rukh wearing the ‘Kirpan’ and the poster also shows him in a lighter mood thereby showing Kirpan as an ordinary dagger.
