Sonali Bendre who is undergoing treatment for her cancer in New York shared a heartfelt message for her husband Goldie Behl as they celebrate their 16th wedding anniversary today. She shared a note in which she called Goldie her, “Husband. Companion. Best friend.” She shared her wedding photograph as well as a series of recent pictures and wrote a post that will surely make you reach out to the tissues.
She wrote, “As soon I began to write this… I knew instantly that I wouldn’t be able to put down in words all the emotions and thoughts that were running through my head. Husband. Companion. Best friend. My rock. For me, that’s @goldiebehl. Marriage is standing by each other, through thick and thin, in sickness and in health… and god knows, how we’ve been through that this year.”

Sonali’s post elicited many comments from her fans and followers. Priyanka Chopra who had visited her in New York and Sonali had attended her bridal shower as well also commented on her post. She wrote, “Happy Anniversary you guys, U r full-on couple goals.”

Sonali had earlier shared that her eyesight was becoming weak due to chemotherapy sessions but assured her fans that she is recovering. Besides, Priyanka, Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Anupam Kher, Sussanne Khan, Hrithik Roshan and others had visited her in New York.
