Priyanka Chopra is reportedly all set to walk down the aisle with beau Nick Jonas on December 2 at Umaid Bhawan in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. And it would not be wrong to say that their fans are eagerly waiting for them to tie the knot and in fact, have gone into a frenzy to know ever small detail about the much-anticipated wedding. So let's not make your wait longer as we tell you everything you need to know about Priyanka's and Nick's wedding extravaganza:
Invites strictly for family members
Priyanka has invited only her family members as she wanted her wedding to be an intimate family affair, just like Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. A leading daily quoted a source as saying, "Priyanka was sure that she wanted to get married somewhere in India. She, along with her mother Madhu Chopra, planned the entire itinerary for their guests. For the sangeet at the Mehrangarh Fort (on December 1) and the wedding (the next day) at the Umaid Bhawan Palace, PC has invited only her family members." Apparently, the actress has invited all her relatives to be part of her festivities since her dad (late Ashok Chopra) would have liked it.
Triple celebrations for the couple
After their intimate wedding in Jodhpur, Priyanka and Nick along with the entire wedding contingent will be back to Mumbai, where the actress will throw a grand reception for her Bollywood friends. Although the date has yet not been finalised, the bash is expected to be a star-studded one. What's more, "Nick and PC will also throw a big party once they return to the US for their friends out there. They have also bought a new bungalow at Beverly Hills, so they might organise something at their new house, for their friends in Hollywood,” the source added.
PeeCee's wedding trousseau for her D-Day
As per the report, Priyanka has planned to channel her inner desi girl avatar on her wedding day and has already finalised her outfits for the different ceremonies. For her D-Day, she will be opting an ensemble from designer duo Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla but her outfit for the Mumbai reception has yet not been blocked. "PC was sure that she will have a traditional wedding, somewhere in India. Along with that, she also clearly told her team to only look for Indian designers while finalising her outfit for the D-Day, concluded the source.
Well, with so many interesting details to take in, we just cannot wait for Priyanka and Nick to get married!
