Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are now a married couple as they tied the knot in a Konkani style wedding today on November 14 at Italy's Lake Como. Festivities commenced earlier this week as their sangeet and mehendi ceremonies were held on November 13 while sources said that Deepika and Ranveer performed to their hit songs such as Kabira and Baari Barsi.
While we are already aware that the couple had a strict no-mobile policy for their wedding, a report in a leading news agency further suggests that Deepika and Ranveer went to extraordinary lengths to ensure that the security in and around Villa Del Balbianello was taken care of.

As per the report, all the visitors at the wedding will have to present a special wristband before entering the venue with security guards covering their mobile phones with stickers in order to make sure that no pictures are clicked. Moreover, patrolling boats have been stationed outside the venue to make it a point that no photographers or outsider is able to leak details about the wedding. In fact, the e-invite provided to the guests apparently has a QR code that needs to be scanned before entering the villa.
It looks like Deepika and Ranveer want no one, apart from their close friends and family, to witness the wedding of the year!
