Lovebirds Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, who are currently in Italy for their two-day wedding extravaganza, finally tied the knot in a traditional Konkani ceremony on November 14 at Lake Como, Italy. The wedding, which was attended by their close friends and family, had a white and gold theme and the décor was accordingly decorated.

Interestingly, the person who carried out the rituals for the Konkani-Brahman style ceremony was specially flown in from India on November 14, as reported by a website. Apparently, he was the one who was heard chanting the Hindu wedding mantras while the couple repeated what he said and followed the instructions told to them by the pandit.

What's more, the varmala ceremony was also quite touching. The report further suggested that all the family members got really emotional during the varmala vidhi of Ranveer and Deepika.

Although we just got some unclear glimpses of the wedding and the rituals in the videos and pictures shared on social media, we are certain that Ranveer's and Deepika's wedding ceremony was nothing short of a fairy-tale union. While Ranveer wore a white and gold sherwani for the wedding, Deepika stunned everyone by opting for a white silk saree with golden border.

After the Konkani wedding, Ranveer and Deepika will get hitched once again in a Sindhi style wedding today on November 15. Well, we certainly can't wait to see the pictures of the newly married couple.
