After the lavish wedding of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, now Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are all set to get married this week at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The couple along with their families is already in the blue city to kickstart their pre-wedding festivities. Reportedly they are getting married in two separate ceremonies- a White Christian wedding and a Hindu wedding. However, like the DeepVeer wedding, mobile phones are completely banned and the ceremonies and the guests have been made to sign a confidentiality clause.
However, keeping all these strict security measures in place, there are reports that a special baraat procession will be taking place just as is customary in a Hindu wedding. As reported by a leading daily, Nick will come in a special and regal horse-drawn carriage to whisk away our ‘desi girl’ Priyanka. Keeping in mind that the wedding is taking place at a palace, this is only befitting. The pre-nuptial ceremonies for the couple begin today.

Priyanka’s and Nick’s family have already assembled at the wedding venue. The couple first met last year on the red carpet of Met Gala 2017 while representing Ralph Lauren. Nick proposed Priyanka during her birthday this year and bought her an Rs2 2.1 crore Tiffany ring.
