Priyanka Chopra’s and Nick Jonas’ pre-wedding festivities began yesterday with a mehendi celebration and tonight it is their sangeet ceremony. The Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan which is their wedding venue is lit up today for their sangeet. Reportedly, Mansi Scott and Sanam band will be performing tonight. The couple is also going to take to the stage and will perform on Priyanka’s hit songs like Desi Girl and Gallan Goodiyan. Nick is reportedly crooning a Hindi song for his lady love too.

Today designers Sabyasachi, Punit Balana and Sandeep Khosla arrived in Jodhpur ahead of PeeCee’s and Nick’s wedding. Although we reported earlier that Priyanka will be donning Sabyasachi for her Hindu wedding and will wear a wedding gown designed by Ralph Lauren for her Christian wedding what has us excited was a room with designer outfits like a pop up for the guests have been created. Since there are a number of Hollywood celebrities this only makes sense as the outfits in the pop-up closets are Indian traditional attire which will help the guests look their best during the festivities.

Priyanka wore a yellow outfit by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla for the mehendi ceremony yesterday. However, all the guests will be wearing Anu Jani-Sandeep Khosla and Punit Balan outfits. Nick Jonas’s family including his brothers, sisters-in-law and parents will also be decked up in traditional Indian attire.  Today, the family of Mukesh Ambani also reached Jodhpur to take part in the wedding festivities.
