Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are all set to take their wedding vows at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. The betrothed couple will get married in two separate ceremonies – one a Hindu wedding and another a Christian wedding which will be officiated by Nick’s father Paul Kevin Jonas Sr. Priyanka will be wearing Sabyasachi for her Hindu wedding but the big news is that she will be wearing a custom wedding gown designed by Ralph Lauren. However, that’s not all he is designing more than one gown for her.

It’s a big deal that Ralph is designing a wedding gown for her especially when he is not exactly known for that. Before this, Ralph has made wedding dresses only for his daughter- Dylan Lauren, his daughter-in-law – Lauren Bush, and his niece. But apparently, he personally came to Priyanka with sketches. So it looks as if Ralph and Priyanka share more than just a professional relationship as he has never designed a wedding gown for anyone who isn't related to him before.

Though Ralph is extremely selective when it comes to wedding dress designs, his partnership with Priyanka seems to be more than professional. The designer has dressed her in more than one red carpet appearance. In fact, Priyanka and Nick made their first public outing together at the 2017 Met Gala attended as guests of the designer wearing his custom-made threads.

Priyanka wore the label to the gala the following year as well. A month after confirming their engagement Nick and Priyanka walked their first red carpet as an engaged couple at Ralph Lauren’s 50th-anniversary runway show and wore the designer’s dresses once again.

As for Nick’s wardrobe, he will be dressed in a turban, will carry a sword and ride a horse at the Hindu wedding making him the quintessential North Indian groom.
