Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Zero which is all set to release on December 21. SRK is leaving no stone unturned for the film’s promotions and left for Dubai on Thursday to promote Zero. While in Dubai, Shah Rukh spoke about dropping down in the Forbes list of the top richest Indian celebrities in 2018 in a media interaction.
Speaking to a leading daily of Dubai, SRK was not overly concerned about dropping down in the coveted list. He told the daily, “In the last three-four days I have found out that I have fallen out of a magazine’s list of rich people. I’ve become dearer on Twitter and poorer according to the (Forbes) survey. I just hope with this film (Zero) I become nearer! So dearer, poorer and nearer in one day! That’s the life of a star!”

As per the list collated by Forbes, Shah Rukh was featured at the 13th spot this year, a big ‘fall from grace’ from the No.2 spot he occupied last year. However, there is no fall in his popularity as his Twitter account is still among the top 10 ‘Most talked about Indian Twitter Accounts’.
The top position in the list went to Salman Khan, followed by Virat Kohli, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone and Mahendra Singh Dhoni at No.5.
