Ranveer Singh has been busy promoting his upcoming film Simmba. The latest is that the actor has taken to Instagram to share an animated poster of the film where he can be seen posing as the notorious cop that he plays in the film, sitting on a chair with a gun in hand and a mischievous smile upon his face.

The film also stars Sara Ali Khan opposite Ranveer, whose debut film Kedarnath has got mixed reviews. The much-anticipated film will have Ranveer playing a notorious cop who has an affinity with a local thug. This is until someone he is close to gets attacked, which changes his course of life. This is Ranveer’s first release after he got married to Deepika Padukone in November at an elaborate wedding. Simmba will hit the screens on December 28.

Other films in Ranveer’s kitty include Gully Boy, Takht, and 83, which revolves around historical world cup win by Indian cricket team in 1983.
