Rajkummar Rao is having a great year and after giving his first Rs 100 crore hit in the form of horror-comedy Stree is all set to bag another lucrative project. He has become the flavour of the season and is steadily catching the eye of every big commercial filmmaker. Now, the latest buzz is that he will be joining forces with Deepika Padukone in her next film directed by Meghna Gulzar.
The film is based on the life of the acid attack survivor Lakshmi Agarwal and Deepika will be turning producer with this film. Speculations about the male lead of the film have been rife and now it looks like that the search has ended with Rajkummar coming onboard. As reported by a trade website if all goes well then Rajkummar will soon sign on the dotted line.
