Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh got married in an intimate wedding at Italy's Lake Como last month, with only family members and close friends in attendance. Ever since the two tied the knot, they have been making several public appearances together, apart from juggling their professional commitments simultaneously. Now in a recent talk show, Deepika opened up about her life post marriage and also revealed some interesting details of her first meeting with hubby Ranveer.
Claiming that she met Ranveer for the first time at an awards show in Singapore, DP further recalled about the first time she felt he was special. Talking about it, she said, "I was at YashRaj and he was there and he was flirting like it’s nobody’s business and he was dating somebody else at this point and I was smiling to myself and told him, 'You are flirting with me.'"

The actress also disclosed that once they started dating they used to frequent restaurants to spend quality time together. But it was during the prep of Goliyon Ki Raas Leela: Ram Leela at Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s house that they bonded really well. Deepika also divulged details about an incident when SLB called them over for lunch and seeing that there was a piece of crab stuck in her tooth, Ranveer wanted to make her awkward. "He said, 'oh there’s a crab stuck in your mouth' and I said, Then take it out,'" she added.
Last but not the least, Deepika revealed that their families met three years ago. Well, we are certainly in awe of this much-in-love couple, even more now!
