Actress Rekha Rana of Tara - The journey of love and passion fame will be seen in the remake of Waheeda Rehman and Dev Anand starrer superhit song Na Tum Hame Jano from the 60's era of Bollywood. The remake is sung by Shruti Rane and composed by music director Sujeet Sharma.
The music video was shot at international locations including Washington DC and Virginia beaches Norfolk and is set to release on December 25, 2018 as a tribute to Rekha's favourite actress Waheeda Rehman.
In the past, Rekha has received a lot of praises for her performance in the critically acclaimed film Tara - The Journey of Love and Passion and she also did few international projects including a super hit music video with AKA and Stanley Enow in South Africa.
She is also the Brand Ambassador for Cora Windows , peace cafe and Heart For India Foundation which was founded by Princess Francoise Sturdza.
When asked Rekha about the video she said, "This song is something really close to me and I am very proud and happy to be a part of this remake. I even tried getting in touch with Waheeda ji but unfortunately she is not in India but her team has conveyed my message to her and she is really happy that such a beautiful song is being brought into the limelight again."
