Peepingmoon.com recently informed you that Katrina Kaif has walked out of Remo D’Souza’s 3D dance film, tentatively titled Street Dancer because she had given bulk dates to Bharat which Salman Khan is keen on releasing for Eid 2019. The choreographer-turned-filmmaker further confirmed that Kat had to opt out of the film since she had "genuine date issues." Although Remo did not disclose who will star opposite Varun Dhawan in the film, we learned that Shraddha Kapoor, who was really the original choice, will be stepping into Katrina's shoes.

However, a latest report in a leading daily now suggests that apart from Shraddha, Sara Ali Khan is also being as Katrina Kaif’s replacement in the forthcoming film. The daily quoted a source as saying, "With Shraddha on board, it would be a reunion of the ABCD 2 trio, along with Varun and Remo. They have an equation and that would help in their collaborating on another dance flick."

The source further added, "The other strong contender for the role is Sara Ali Khan. She has proved her acting chops in Kedarnath and has been appreciated in Simmba too. Signing her would also mean a fresh new onscreen pair. And Varun and Sara together are bound to generate tremendous buzz for this dance movie."

Well, it would certainly be a delight to see Varun and Sara sizzle on the silver screen for the very first time.

Not to forget, Sara had said on Karan Johar’s Koffee With Karan 6 that she wants to be cast opposite Varun on the big screen. And with Katrina walking out of Street Dancer, it looks like Sara's dream could come true sooner than she would have expected.
