Veteran actor Sridevi passed away in February last year in Dubai due to accidental drowning. While her fans and followers were completely disheartened to hear her demise, it was certainly a monumental loss for the Kapoors and specially for husband Boney Kapoor and daughters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. Not to forget, she could not see her elder daughter's first film since Janhvi was due to make her debut with Dhadak in July, the same year.
Now in a recent interview, Janhvi was asked if how did she resume work on her film after the tragedy, to which she replied, "I think, I was still in that state of shock, to be very honest. I think I am still in shock. None of it has been processed. Like, I have no memory of three or four months."

She further recalled how her half-brother Arjun Kapoor and half-sister Anshula Kapoor came to her and her sister Khushi's aid in the difficult time. Talking about the newfound sibling-love, Janhvi added, "You know at the end of the day, we have the same blood in us. I don't remember anything of those four months but I do remember that one day when we were sitting in Harsh (Anil Kapoor's son) Bhaiya's room and Arjun Bhaiya and Anshula Didi came in -- I think that was the one day when I felt like, 'Ok maybe we might be okay.'"
Well, this isn't the first time that Janhvi has praised how Arjun and Anshula have been through their thick and thin ever since her mum Sridevi's death. And we must say, it is nothing but endearing to see all four of Boney Kapoor's children come together.
