Varun Dhawan has completed filming Kalank – his biggest film till date – as mentioned by him in his post on social media on January 18. After wrapping the film, Varun wrote an emotional note and also shared a picture with his co-star Alia Bhatt. Kalank is Varun’s fourth film with Alia after Student of the Year, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania.

In his post, Varun further elaborated that he as well as the rest of the cast worked hard to deliver their best in Kalank. He also asserted that it will be a treat for the fans to watch an ensemble cast. “It’s wrap on #kalank. My biggest film till date and the 4th one with @aliaa08 . We have worked really hard to not let our fans down I’m crazy excited for people to see adi, Sona, madhuri maam, Sanju sir ,Alia Maam and me on the big screeen. Super excited about this one,” Varun wrote on Twitter.

Directed by Abhishek Varman and produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and Sajid Nadiadwala, Kalank co-stars Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles apart from Varun and Alia. The film is slated to release on April 19.
