Katrina Kaif finally discloses the reason behind her shocking exit from Varun Dhawan starrer ABCD3

Katrina Kaif hasn’t been lucky with box-office numbers in the year 2018. Both her films Zero and Thugs of Hindostan failed to perform at the box office although she has highly raved for her performances. The actress, who has her next big ticket release Salman Khan's Bharat, a historical drama, has been news lately due to her unceremonious exit from Remo D'Souza's upcoming dance film starring Varun Dhawan titled ABCD 3, citing date issues.

Though Shraddha Kapoor was quick to fill in the shoes of Katrina, it still gave the gossip mongers enough fodder to talk around. In a tête-à-tête with a web portal, the actress recently revealed that her character in Bharat is very strong and she wanted to focus only on that, eventually opting out of Varun's dance flick.

Elaborating the same, Katrina said, "I believe that everything comes to you what is meant to come and everything happens for the right reasons. It wasn’t possible for me to do the film because of the time constraints which they had. Also, Bharat needs an Eid release which is in June and that is very critical for the film. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fit in the time for that one”.

Rumours also suggest that Katrina will star opposite Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi, the actress indeed slammed the rumours. Katrina said, “No, no, I have not signed any film after Bharat. I am only reading and listening to scripts. Right now my focus is only on Bharat. Bharat is quite a strong role and I am enjoying the whole process, from the prep work to shooting the major portion. The film pans across a few years. I am learning a lot. I am quite excited and having a fulfilling experience on sets”.
