Yes, of course, Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat is all about Salman Khan, especially because the director has managed to present him in five different looks in the film, as depicted in the teaser that was released on Friday. Bharat spans across the “journey of a man and a nation together” and features Salman as a navy officer, a stunt artiste, an ageing boxer and a coal miner. In one of the scenes in the teaser, Salman also appeared in formals, at the Wagah Border.
Bharat will chronicle Salman's character’s odyssey from the age of 18 to 70 and that explains his several shades – the glimpses of which were visible in the teaser. The 1.26-minute teaser opens with visuals of the Partition of India and thereafter, offers shots of Salman’s different characters.

In fact, the teaser features a singular dialogue – very Salman-like, in which he says that he is often asked about his cast, creed and religion but his response to questions as such is his name, Bharat, as he was named after his country by his father. “Ab itne bade naam ke aage, jaati, dharm, surname lagaake, na toh apna aur na hi iss desh ka maan kam kar sakta hoon,” Salman, no sorry, Bharat asserts in the teaser.
