Details from Priyanka Chopra’s and Nick Jonas’ wedding continue to surface every single day but we don’t mind as long as the specifics that we are informed about, are as interesting as this one. On Neha Dhupia’s chat show BFFs With Vogue, Priyanka’s sister Parineeti Chopra made an appearance and revealed, as per a report in a leading daily, that Nick presented the bridesmaids with diamond rings.
During the wedding festivities, Parineeti and the rest of the bridesmaids stole Nick’s shoes, according to the traditional custom and in return for it, were planning to ask the American singer for a good “thousands of dollars”. But that wasn’t required, Parineeti said on Neha’s show. Soon after the gang of girls told Nick, ‘Joote le lo, paise de do,’ he “signalled his groomsmen to bring in a tray of sparkling diamond rings, one for each bridesmaid. He is the best,” Parineeti said, as per the daily.

Nick and Priyanka married in a two-part wedding ceremony at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur – on December 1 in a Christian wedding and as per Hindu traditions on December 2. The couple hosted three receptions after returning from Jodhpur. The first event was held at The Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi on December 4 in honour of Prime Minister Narendra Modi – the second one for the press in Mumbai while the third one was held in the Maharashtra capital as well for Priyanka’s friends from the film fraternity.
