The makers of Baaghi 3, starring Tiger Shroff in the lead role, have finalised the female lead for the film as Shraddha Kapoor has been roped in to star opposite the actor, a leading daily reports. Shraddha, who also starred in Baaghi (the first installment of the franchise), will be reuniting with Tiger for the third part of the film and cannot wait to begin filming.

“I’m super excited to be back with the Baaghi family. I had such a memorable time being a part of Baaghi and this is my third film with Sajid sir, second with Tiger and first with Ahmed sir. The script is amazing and I’m excited to be a part of this movie," Shraddha told the daily.

Directed by Sabbir Khan, Baaghi released in 2016 and was a superhit as was Baaghi 2, starring Disha Patani opposite Tiger. Ahmed Khan directed Baaghi 2 and will helm the third part as well. This is Shraddha’s third film with Sajid after Baaghi and Chhichhore.

“The entire team of Baaghi is very happy to have Shraddha Kapoor back. Tiger and Shraddha’s pair was extremely loved in Baaghi and I am sure that fans of the franchise will be as excited as we are to have them together," Sajid told the daily.

Sources, meanwhile, told the daily that Baaghi 3 like the previous installments, will be high on action as well. “Like each installment, Sajid and director Ahmed Khan have planned to take this part also to the next level in terms of scale, action and all other aspects," sources said.

Baaghi 3 is scheduled to release on March 6, 2020.
