It is not unknown that Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma has been supporting the cause of animal rights for a while now. In fact, in the year 2015, she launched 'Pawsitivity', a campaign aimed at sensitising people about the adverse effects of noise, air, water and soil pollution on animals. And now we hear that Anushka has decided to take up yet another relevant humanitarian cause and has put her foot forward to support the LGBTQ community.
As per a report in a leading daily, Anushka's clothing line has collaborated with Naz Foundation, a non-profit organisation that aims to protect the rights of the community. The daily quoted a source as saying, "The proceeds from the collection Nush For Love will go to the foundation. The idea is to bring as much attention to the cause as possible to see a more effective change."

For the unversed, the NGO has been working for the LGBTQ cause and has been integral in 2018's Supreme Court decision in decriminalising Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code.
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Anushka Sharma was last seen in 2018’s Zero, co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
