Malaika Arora has always been unapologetic about the way she is and that is how it should be. The actress who tied the knot to Arbaaz Khan in 1998 went through a divorce in May 2017. Recently she spoke about her divorce and how she handled it.
On her close friend Kareena Kapoor Khan's radio show What Women Want, Malaika Arora finally revealed what happened the night prior to her divorce with Arbaaz. She said, “Even the night before I got divorced, I had my family sit with me and ask me yet again, 'Are you sure? Are you 100 percent sure about your decision?' So I think that was something I heard all along and rightly so. These are the people who worry and care so they will definitely say that.”

She also added that everyone supported her decision. “Everybody said, 'If this is the decision that you're making, then we're really proud of you and in our eyes, you are a strong woman.' So for me, that kind of gave me that extra strength that I needed,” said Malaika. She also revealed that her son Arhaan Khan is much happier and comfortable now to see both his parents happy.
Malla also said that everyone should feel the independence after their divorce and make sure they jump back to their dating lives even if it becomes a little strange in the beginning.

For the unversed, Malaika is currently dating Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor and the duo's relationship seems to be getting stronger with each passing day. Malaika has a sixteen-year-old son Arhaan Khan with ex-husband Arbaaz.
