It is not unknown that filmmaker Karan Johar and actor Ajay Devgn have had their share of ups and downs with each other. For the unversed, their big public tussle started off after the box-office clash of their respective films, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Shivaay, in 2016. Not to forget, the entire fiasco caused a drift in KJo's decades-old friendship with Ajay's wife Kajol. However, to everyone's happiness, Karan and Ajay sorted out their relationship recently and KJo even invited the actor along with his wife Kajol on his show, Koffee With Karan 6.
Furthermore, Ajay was even a part of Karan's house party, which he hosted to celebrate the success of his production house's latest release Simmba, where Ajay was seen in a cameo. Now in a recent interview with a daily, Ajay was asked if Kajol played a part in mending the relationship between him and Karan, to which he said, "Kajol wasn't a part of it [the patch up]. I am happy that Karan and I spoke and decided to sort out the issue like mature persons. We bumped into each other and decided to let bygones be bygones."

Admitting that it is good that the two mended their equation, Ajay added, "One has to move on and we are all part of the same industry. A lot has been spoken about me attending the party at his home a few weeks ago, but it was Karan's party for the success of Simmba and he invited me, so, why shouldn't I go?"
Well, all is well that ends well and we cannot wait to see them collaborate for a project.
