It’s been a really, really long time since Priyanka Chopra appeared in a Hindi film but if we are lucky enough, she might star in a Vishal Bhardwaj or a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film, as revealed on the season finale of Karan Johar’s celebrity chat show Koffee With Karan 6.
During the rapid –fire round, Priyanka was asked to name the director she would like to collaborate with out of Bhardwaj and Bhansali, and she smiled as she admitted, “I am already talking to both." Although, no other details about Priyanka’s film with Bhansali has been made available so far, it is being assumed that she could possibly star opposite Salman Khan in his film with Bhansali.

Two days ago, a leading daily reported that Salman and Bhansali are collaborating on a film after 19 years. "Yes, Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali are reuniting after 19 years for a love story. Their collaboration is the best thing that can happen in terms of story-telling,” Prerna Singh, CEO of Bhansali Productions, had confirmed the news to the daily. Bhansali has previously directed Salman in Khamoshi and Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.
As for Priyanka, she worked with Bhansali in Bajirao Mastani. With Bhardwaj as well, Priyanka has worked in the films Kaminey and 7 Khoon Maaf.

Nevertheless, if the Priyanka, Salman and Bhansali film materialises, it will be great considering the fact that fans loved their chemistry in the films God Tussi Great Ho, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, and Salaam-E-Ishq.
In Bollywood, Priyanka Chopra was last seen in 2016’s Jai Gangaajal and will appear next in Shonali Bose’s The Sky Is Pink, co-starring Farhan Akhtar.
